The Sewell’s Hardware Building,
Boca Raton, Florida

Garabar was contracted to perform a full exterior and interior remodeling of the old Sewell’s Hardware Building in downtown Boca Raton. This 5,000 square foot warehouse will be turned into a private museum. The scope of work included adding a mezzanine floor, a new roof, new façade, concrete work, outdoor pavers, new windows and doors as well as other details and trim. Banyan Estates Entry Gate,
West Palm Beach, Florida

Garabar was chosen build an entry gate for the prestigious Banyan Estates community in West Palm Beach. The project consists of demolition and removal of the existing gate area, foundation work, paving and grading the area, masonry, curbing, electrical, finishing and signage work. The project will enhance the appeal of the community by creating a beautiful, elegant entryway. Progress pictures can be seen below:
